Recovery of monies, from small claims and district court judgements

Advocating for those who have been awarded judgements.

A judgment recovery specialist is a professional, often a licensed private investigator or attorney, who helps a judgment creditor collect money or assets awarded to them by a court when the debtor is unwilling or unable to pay. The court issues the judgment, but it does not automatically enforce it; the creditor is responsible for the collection process.

Judgement Recovery

Judgment recovery is the process of collecting money or assets owed by a debtor after a court has issued a formal judgment. A court judgment determines that a debt is legally owed, but the court is generally not responsible for the actual collection of the funds; that responsibility falls to the winning party (the judgment creditor).

Private Investigations

Private investigators find hidden assets using financial record analysis (bank statements, taxes, credit reports), public record searches (property, business filings, vehicles), surveillance, digital forensics (online footprints, cryptocurrency), and interviews with associates, often employing forensic accounting and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to trace concealed wealth for divorce, bankruptcy, or debt collection. They uncover hidden bank accounts, secret properties, unreported income, or assets transferred to shell companies.

Fee Structure

Most judgment recovery specialists work on a contingency basis, meaning they cover all upfront costs and only get paid if they successfully recover money. Their fee is typically a percentage of the collected amount, which can range from 35% to 50%. This arrangement reduces the financial risk for the creditor.

“When awarded a legal and binding judgement by the courts, don’t let them get away, without paying which was awarded to you.”

We only accept judgements of a rendered verdict of $5000.00 or more from small claims or district courts for evaluation. Any judgements under $5000.00 will have a higher percentage fee based on the amount of the judgement verdict.
