Judgement Recovery
Judgment recovery is the process of collecting money or assets owed by a debtor after a court has issued a formal judgment. A court judgment determines that a debt is legally owed, but the court is generally not responsible for the actual collection of the funds; that responsibility falls to the winning party (the judgment creditor). We assist the following in Judgement recovery services;
Private Individuals
Property Management companies
Law Firms
Businesses
Financial Institutions
Contractors and Service Providers
Private Investigations
Private investigators find hidden assets using financial record analysis (bank statements, taxes, credit reports), public record searches (property, business filings, vehicles), surveillance, digital forensics (online footprints), and interviews with associates, often employing forensic accounting and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to trace concealed wealth for divorce, bankruptcy, or debt collection. They uncover hidden bank accounts, secret properties, unreported income, or assets transferred to shell companies.
Fee Structure
Most judgment recovery specialists work on a contingency basis, meaning they cover all upfront costs and only get paid if they successfully recover money. Their fee is typically a percentage of the collected amount, which can range from 35% to 50%. This arrangement reduces the financial risk for the creditor.
“When awarded a legal and binding judgement by the courts, don’t let them get away, without paying which was awarded to you.”
